Water Outage Tuesday, November 28th, 2017
We continue to experience a water outage from the BWA's main that feeds into Phase 1 of Millennium Heights; this means that we are still using water from the reserve tanks. We therefore encourage our residents in Phase 1 to use the water sparingly until further notice. Kindly note that heavy usage of water will cause our reserve tanks to be drained as long as there is no water coming into the tanks.
We are not aware of any issues with the water in Phase 2 at this time but we also encourage those in Phase 2 to exercise care in water usage.
Thank you for your cooperation. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Gone but not forgotten
It was with great sadness that the Millennium Heights' family said goodbye to one of our former employees Wendell Carter. Wendell joined the Association's staff in 2001 and remained with us until May 2016 when he was forced to retire medically unfit. One year later on May 13th, 2017 Wendell said his final farewell as he was laid to rest.
Happily Retired
On April 30th, 2016 the Association bid farewell to long-standing board member, Mr. Arthur Edghill, F.R.E.Cp D. Dr. Edghill who currently resides at Millennium Heights became a Director on the Association's board in 2002 making significant contributions which has helped to make Millennium Heights the place it is today. The Millennium Heights family wishes Mr. Edghill all the best in the future. Above is Chief Property Manager, Lee Gooding, presenting Mr. Edghill with a farewell gift from the Association.
