Thinking about developing your lot and building your home at Millennium Heights? If yes, then the following information is for you.
Prior to building your home, a completed Millennium Heights Building Form must be submitted to the attention of the Millennium Heights' Review Board. The Millennium Heights’ Review Board exists to ensure that all future construction and landscaping meet the established Millennium Heights standards. Any and all exterior work must be approved. Click here to download a copy of the form which must be completed and dropped off at the Association’s office, scanned and emailed to [email protected] or faxed to the number (246)421-8680.

Late charges are charged on the outstanding current maintenance fee on your account after the 15th day of THE CURRENT MONTH at a rate of 1% per month.
