Our Amenities

Nothing transforms a room like a new coat of paint, but it can seem like a daunting task. We’re here to take the fuss out of it – no task is too big or too small! Just get in touch today to find out more and arrange a valuation.

The Clubhouse

The clubhouse houses the Association’s office, the gym, the kitchen and the staff quarters. There is also an open area which persons can use to host social functions such as parties, movie nights, games nights and dinners, to name a few. To host such events, residents must call or visit the office to reserve the date, complete a booking agreement and pay a deposit fee. Click here to print the booking agreement and see the available dates on the Calendar.

Pools

Not one but two communal, pools can be found on the property at Millennium Heights; one on the western and the other on the southern side of the property. Each pool has its own Jacuzzi, two gazebos and bathroom facilities. There are loungers, tables and chairs as well as safety equipment. The pools are enclosed and have gates with safety clasps for security purposes.

Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts

Residents have at their disposal the use of two tennis courts and a pickle ball court. The courts are busiest during the evening so residents intent on using the courts are required to book office Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 4:30pm to reserve your space. Play after sundown requires that you purchase a token from the office for $15 to insert into the lights machine on the courts. Each token lights your court for one hour.

The Gym

The gym is located upstairs of the clubhouse. It is opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The gym consists of a treadmill, an upright bike, a rowing machine, an elliptical, bench presses, a multi-gym and free weights. AC on or AC off, you be the judge but a little cable to make your workout fun is always an option. For those more adventurous persons who are considering training as a ninja warrior, you may be please with the t-rex outdoor gym.
