Sophia Arrindell - Office Administrator

Sophia, Office Administrator at Millennium Heights, held this position for the past twenty years (20). She is one of the persons you will hear or see when you visit or call the Association’s office. Should you have any queries or concerns, do not hesitate to contact her as she is more than happy to serve you.

Keira Jordan - Asst. Office Administrator

Keira joined the organization in August 2023 as the assistant to Sophia. Keira's voice is more likely the first voice you will hear on calling our office. Like Sophia, she is more than willing to assist with any queries or concerns persons may have with their accounts or of the property rules.

Keith Arrindell - Supervisor

Keith joined the Association in August 2013 as one of the general workers. In October 2015 he was successful in his application for the position of Maintenance Man. Then in December 2018, Mr. Arrindell became the site's Supervisor, working alongside the Property Manager with the common property maintenance and assisting with the supervision of the general workers.

General Workers

The Association currently employs ten (10) General Workers who are responsible for the upkeep of the property.

Peter Kirton

Peter has been with the Association for the past 20 years. He is currently assigned to Block B and Millennium Ridge.

Kenneth Springer

Kenneth joined the Association in July 2018. He is currently assigned to Blocks C and G.

Quinda Wall

Quinda has been with the Association from its inception, over 23 years ago. She is currently assigned to Blocks H and J.

Rico Hunte

Rico joined the Association just over a year ago in March 2023. He is one of two floaters who are responsible for filling in on blocks when other general workers are absent for over two days. He also helps to maintain the surroundings of the clubhouse; looks after the garbage house and nursery; and assists with the upkeep of the areas immediately outside of the East gate.

Schallon Lorde

Schallon (pronounced sha-lon) has been with the Association from September 2012. He is currently assigned to Blocks A and D and the townhouse pool.

Tyrese Odle

Tyrese joined the Association just over a year ago in April 2023. He is one of two floaters who are responsible for filling in on blocks when other general workers are absent for over two days. He also helps to maintain the surroundings of the clubhouse and solar panels including cutting the hedge; looks after the garbage house and nursery; and, cleans the guard houses when the general cleans are due.

Hazel Layne

Hazel has been with the Association from September 2007. She is currently assigned to Millennium Ridge and cleaning of the Clubhouse, gym and townhouse pool bathrooms.

Carlo Babb

Carlo joined the Association in January 2023. He is currently assigned to Blocks E and F.

Andre Williams

Andre joined the Association in February 2024. He is currently assigned to Block J, the pump house surroundings by the lake as well as the condo pool surroundings.
